Privacy Settings for Parent and Student Reporting

The Student Mastery Report gives parents and students a quick overview of mastery, as well as details on assessments that the student has taken.

There are times that you may want to hide some of these details. This article will explain how to do that, in addition to showing you how each of these details appears in the student and parent reports.
 

 Step-by-Step

1. First, you'll have to open the Tracker that you want to use.  Then, hover over the orange menu button, and select Privacy Settings.

2. Here, you'll see the options for privacy on student and parent reports:

3. Select the check boxes for the each of the following items that you want to hide from students and parents on the reports:

 

Hide Assessments

  • This part of the report allows students and parents to view the source material.

Hide Answer Key

  • The portion shows the correct answers for each question on the assessment.

Hide Item Analysis

  • The item analysis allows students and parents to see how other students in class answered each question.

Hide Student Answers

  • The Student Answers portion of the report shows how the student answered the questions on the assessment. Correct answers are shown in green and incorrect answers in red.

Hide Unassessed Standards

  • The Unassessed Standards portion of the report shows all standards.  Unassessed standards are grey and assessed standards match the color of the level of intervention.

Show Power Standards Only

  • The Power Standards Only portion of the report shows only the standards that have been labeled as a power standard.
