How to Create a New Support Ticket

  1. After you log in to MasteryConnect, click on your name in the right corner and select Help from the drop down menu.  You can also click on the small question mark icon and open the Help Center.

  2. The MasteryConnect Help Center will open in a separate browser window. You can create a new ticket by clicking New Request. 
  3. From this page, you'll be able to create tickets. 
  4. In the Ticket Type drop-down list, you will have three options; you can report a problem, ask a question, or submit a suggestion. Select the one that best describes your request.
  5. Complete the rest of the form, and then click Submit. Your request will be sent to a member of the MasteryConnect support team for review.
